Vinyl leaves a completely dry to the touch, satin finish, which restores and protects rubber and plastic for weeks on end, not days like other rubber and plastic renovators.
Apply using a Cartec Black Sponge Applicator to get a even coat that once dry, allows you to add more layers which will improve durability and protection.
